UG Advising links
STARS 2.0
Students will the use the University's STARS 2.0 platform to schedule an appointment with their assigned advisor. In addition, students can use this system to schedule with their supplemental advisor (pre-med, veterans, etc.) and other student success professionals. The STARS 2.0 platform also allows advisors and students to work together during their advising sessions to review past coursework, navigate academic concerns, and develop successful strategies for degree completion. Students can find additional resources on scheduling advising appointments on the Stars 2.0 Student Help Center.
Degree Works
The system known as Degree Works is available for students to use as a degree auditing tool that allows students to see their progress toward graduation. Using this tool, advisors can create a detailed course plan for students that will aid in scheduling and tracking towards degree. Students can also run a "what if" analysis in Degree Works to see what would be required for other majors and/or minors.
