Using dynamic forms

There are multiple ways to submit documents to us without having to come to our office. Check your financial aid requirements in Academica. Many of our forms are electronic and can be submitted to us directly.

Documents without social security numbers or other personally identifiable information can also be emailed to us at studentservice@wayne.edu. If your forms are not electronic you can use the link below. Documents submitted via this link will be reviewed and identified before your requirements are updated in Academica.

Apply for aid

Wayne State's FAFSA Federal School Code is 002329 for all campuses. Select Wayne State University as your school when applying for any federal aid program. File the 2024-25 FAFSA to apply for aid for these semesters: Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring-summer 2025.

Federal student loan forms

Select the Wayne State University school code - 002329 - when filing the FAFSA or completing promissory notes.

Loan revision forms

Loans cannot be processed after the end of your enrollment period.

Verification forms

Please check your requirements in the Financial Aid Portal in Academica and submit only the forms that are requested. If you submit incorrect or unnecessary documents, your award may be delayed.
